This Privacy Policy explains the personal data processing practices for cs2commends.com.
1. Data We Collect
- Technical data such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, and security logs.
- Service data such as submitted Steam IDs, profile identifiers, order details, token usage metadata, and job status updates.
- Payment references from payment providers. We do not store full payment card data.
- Advertising attribution data, including campaign tags, Google click identifiers, visitor and checkout correlation identifiers, and selected page and checkout events.
2. Purpose of Processing
- To deliver and operate requested digital services.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To monitor service health, perform diagnostics, and maintain reliability.
- To associate advertising visits with completed purchases and diagnose conversion reporting.
- To comply with legal obligations and handle disputes.
3. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and legal obligations, as applicable.
4. Recipients
- Cloudflare for CDN, edge security, and DDoS protection.
- Google Analytics for site usage analytics.
- Sell.app for checkout and order management.
- Discord for support communication.
- Self-hosted servers and databases in Germany for core service processing.
- Authorities when legally required.
5. Retention
Selected advertising visit events are retained for up to 90 days, with scheduled cleanup. This event history excludes URL query strings and form-field values. Advertising identifiers and order records are managed separately for attribution and payment reconciliation. Limited, redacted operational summaries may be sent to our private Discord notifications.
Order and service data are primarily managed through Sell.app. Data on our systems may be retained as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Currently, some technical logs such as IP addresses may be retained indefinitely unless otherwise required by law.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies and Tracking
The site uses necessary functionality and analytics tracking. Consent may be required under applicable law.
8. International Transfers
Processing by cloud and analytics providers may occur outside the EU. We rely on available safeguards provided by those service providers.
